Shipping Policy

Soloheat Ltd supplies industrial heating elements, temperature control products and associated components throughout the UK and internationally.

UK delivery: Delivery charges and available shipping options are calculated and displayed at checkout where applicable.

Dispatch times: Stock products are normally dispatched as soon as possible following receipt of order. Bespoke, made-to-order or non-stock products may have longer lead times. Where applicable, estimated lead times will be confirmed following order.

International delivery: International shipping may be available depending on the product and destination. Please contact Soloheat if a suitable shipping option is not available at checkout.

Customs and import charges: For deliveries outside the UK, the customer is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges or other local fees unless agreed otherwise.
